Delivery Information

We try our best to send out the products within 1 working day excluding orders. We always send out the product in top condition so if the product isn’t in top condition please send a email or call us to notify us about the problem within 24 hours of receipt. 


Tamana offers special one of orders and we do not return the one offs due to being exclusively made for you. Any specially reduced product or the clearance range has a strict policy of no refunds and no exchanges.  Any product which is on full price is taken back only on conditions of no makeup being put on the product and no damage on the piece. We will take the product back if it’s in good condition, not on offer, not on clearance. We won’t refund the delivery due to it being paid to the courier separately. The product needs to be notified within 7 Working days, of complaint and sent back within 10 days of receipt.
