Since starting from market stalls now Tamana offers top level services, we believe that we want to treat customers the same way as we want to be treated. Some of the services we provide, to provide customers the perfect match we have a colour chart for customers to match the best colour possible for them. We offer customers next day deliveries all over U.K which can be sent out by 4pm weekdays. We also offer international postage with competitive door to door rates with guarantee of no damage to the hats. All of these services are available just ask a member of staff for further details. For the wholesale customers, we always offer free packaging and on top of that for some customers we even post to their shipper without any charge. For regular/repeating customers we offer a loyalty discount of 10% and once signed up for that system, our Epos machine sends out automatic emails prompting them to look in store for new products and give them that special reduction. We even offer affiliate discount for customers wishing to sell our products to Church groups, wedding boutiques etc., for further information please email us for further details. We always welcome wholesalers and if they intend to we can even make a full range of hats and fascinators exclusively for them. We even take on special choir orders and have done so in the past, again due to privacy we do not repeat any styles. Any style and any colour is our motto.
